Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a mental disorder where people experience unwanted repeating thoughts, feelings, images, or sensations. Engaging in behaviors or mental acts in response.

While we have a lot of misconceptions on Mental Health conditions and disorders, we can bring understanding when we combine knowledge with lived experiences.

This week I am joined by  Catlin Palmer,  creator of The Flowmentum Movement.
