De-clutter Within: A Present Moment Practice
We live in a world of to-do lists. We have things to plan, we have things to over-plan, we have work that needs to get done, we have people we need to meet, we have things we need to do, we have things we have to do, and of course things we want to do.
While Marie Kondo will tell you to take a minimalist approach in your surroundings and fill your work and living area with things that bring you joy.
I say we can also find a less cluttered place within ourselves.
We might not have the option to de-clutter all those things outside of us, but we can take a moment in our present to de-clutter from within.
Everything we work on inside of us, goes outside of us in the long run.
