Walk In Contradiction
Are we able to have thoughts and beliefs that maybe oppose each other? What we might call “contradictions”?
Yes, and the only time we struggle with that is when we are super aware of it.
We are not one dimensional, we are not even two dimensional.
How much would we struggle if we accepted that, if we allowed that more openly.
The polarities we “feel safe” in, the “pure” views we attach to, the absolutes we search for. Do they help us or hurt us?
Mentioned in this episode is Jay Shetty and his podcast “On Purpose” .
I recently pre-ordered his new book “Think Like a Monk: Train your mind for peace and purpose everyday” which will be released in April.
