Anxiety, our strife, lies to us. It tells us things about ourselves that are not true, undermining our steps forward in life. Just like anyone who lies to me, I call it out. Address it head on.
There are people we already know or meet that become toxic for our mental health.
There are a few myths on who these people can be and there are also things that prevent us from doing what we need to do to rid ourselves of them in our lives, even if its for our mental health. Even if its for our own good.
Here are some reasons I've come up with, and a beautiful example on how holding onto it did no good for me in the long run. Enjoy!

In a society where there are Images of Perfection everywhere, we often forget neither exist.
Why do we not allow ourselves to be Human, why must something that doesn't actually exist influence us to not be okay with our flaws? The pressure keeps allowing us to forget one pretty major thing, We are all human, we all have flaws.
Why aren't we embracing being Flawbulously Human MORE? Understanding that we're taking an unrealistic pressure off of ourselves, and not continuing to create that pressure within the rest of society.
